Enable the option to the effect of "My Outgoing (SMTP) Server Requires Authenitaction to send email" or as pictured
above "My server requires authentication"





SSL Certificate for Web Browser & Email Clients

YOU MUST install the Self Signed SSL Certificate to avoid any prompts when accessing
Webmail, or using your POP Client Software like Outlook Express via SSL. 

   Goto webmail page - CLICK HERE 
   When prompted with error telling you this is a Self Signed SSL Certificate, just ignore the error and continue...

   VIEW the Certificate
   In Internet Explorer 7 click near the top right  Then view the certificate...

   In most other browsers click the small lock at the bottom of your browser  
  Then view the certificate...

   INSTALL the Certificate
 




SPAM SYSTEM & Quarantine Reports
The email server has an automated spam system. Moderated scored spam is retained in a spam folder.  To access this folder login to your Webmail Account
Highly scored spam is contained in your quarantine folder.

Each day you'll receive a spam/quarantine report listing any items for your account similar to the picture below.  If there is an item you wish to receive, click the DELIVER Button and it will be immediately released.
